<p>PURPOSE:To prevent perfectly environmental pollution by crushing waste dry cells contg. mercury, collecting powder contg. mercury by sieving, heating the powder to evaporate and capture the mercury, and heating the remaining powder to a higher temp. to evaporate and capture heavy metals such as zinc. CONSTITUTION:Waste dry cells contg. mercury are selected out of waste dry cells and crushed, the contents are separated from the shells, and powder contg. mercury in the contents is collected by sieving. The powder contg. mercury is heated to 100-400 deg.C to evaporate the marcury, and the evaporated mercury is solidified by cooling and recovered. The remaining powder is heated to <=950 deg.C to evaporate heavy metals such as zinc, and the evaporated heavy metals are solidified by cooling and recovered.</p> |
