METHOD AND DEVICE FOR COMBINING TWO SUBSTANCES

PURPOSE:To make the joining face of Al material come closely into contact simply and surely by inserting each one pair of projecting strip projecting on plural places of the combined face of the one part of two substances consisting of Al material into the long aperture of the joining face of the other part and by calking the projecting part with its pressure expansion. CONSTITUTION:Each one pair of projecting strip 21... projecting on plural places of the joining face of a fin 20 is respectively inserted into the plural long apertures 11... formed at equal intervals on a fitting plate 10 in case of unifying with combining the L shaped semiconductor element fitting plate 10 consisting of Al material and chimney type radiating fin 20. The projection of the strip 21... projecting from the long aperture 11... is then calked with pressure expansion by a press calking jig and the fitting plate 10 and fin 20 are firmly combined in a body. By the way the fitting plate 10 and fin 20 are subjected to alumite treatment thereafter. The joining face of two substances consisting of Al material can be simply and surely fitted extending nearly over the whole face.
