PURPOSE:To obtain the transferred material wherein the adhesion between an ink layer and a body to be transferred in the product having poor adhesion between the surface of the body to be transferred and a transferring foil is improved without change in surface luster, by heating the surface of the body to be transferred to which a picture is transferred in a vacuum, and thereafter the normal atmospheric pressure is restored. CONSTITUTION:The product, wherein an ink layer 2 is transferred on the surface of the body to be transferred 1, is placed in a vacuum chamber 3. A valve 5, which is connected to a vacuum pump, is opened, and the inside is made to be a vacuum state. Air is evacuated through the picture pattern layer 2. The space between the picture pattern layer 2 and the body to be transferred 1 is made to be the vacuum state. During this period, the body to be transferred 1 is heated by using a infrared ray heater 4 and the like, and the ink layer 2 and the like are softened. Thereafter, a hot air feeding valve 6 is opened and the pressure in the chamber is reduced to the atmospheric pressure. The picture pattern layer 2 is closely adhered to the body to be transferred. The surface is further compressed as required. Thus the transferred material, whose adhesion of the picture pattern layer is improved, is obtained. |
