PURPOSE:To judge easily and quickly the state of a complicated and sophisticated supervisory object process by providing separately a picture processor and a picture memory so as to apply picture processing. CONSTITUTION:A control processor 11 controls a supervision object process 1 according to a control program and various data stored in a memory 21. The supervisory processor 12 supervises the process 1 according to a program stored in a memory 22 and an obtained process data is stored in the memory 22. A picture processor 13 displays a content of a pattern selection area SR of a picture memory 23 on a picture plane of a CRT2. The processor 13 decides the entire screen and each partial pattern according to the content of K-set of picture display elements designated by the area SR in the display mode and the display content of each part in the picture plane is revised sequentially by the information transmitted from the processor 12 in the alteration mode.
