An element comprising an assembly of two parallel substrate plates (9, 10) made from a transparent synthetic resin and each bearing on their facing sides a recording layer (11, 12) which comprises a guide track in the form of a spiral-like groove, and a foil (19) of synthetic resin which with both major surfaces engages or substantially engages the ridges (15, 16) of the recording layers present between the groove turns.
