PURPOSE:To increase plural output current ratios by inserting two resistors between a collector and a base of an input transistor (TR) so as to provide a difference to a base voltage of plural output TRs thereby decreasing the occupied area of an IC. CONSTITUTION:Input TRQ1 and output TRs Q2, Q3 having the same emitter area are used and resistors R1, R2 of several KOMEGA with ease of circuit integration are used to constitute the titled circuit. Through the circuit constitution above, the resitors R1, R2 are connected between the base and collector of the input TRQ1, a bias voltage obtained by an input current I1 and the resistor R1 drives the output TRQ2 and a bias voltage obtained by the current I1 and the resistors R1, R2 drives the output TRQ3. Thus, output currents I2, I3 with a different current ratio to the current I1 are obtained so as to improve the circuit integration without changing the emitter area of the TRs Q1-Q3. |
