PURPOSE:To attain high voltage output power effectively with safety by using an AC current obtained from mechanical contact change of a current from a battery and a solar battery by means of rotation of a water turbine so as to excite a generating coil. CONSTITUTION:A distribution ring incorporated in the converter 3 is turned by utilizing a water pressure of a bottom filled in a water tank 1 through plural hydro-valves 1B. Further, a DC current from a battery 7 and a solar battery 8 is converted into an AC current by the switching of a switching electric path panel 9. The output current of the converter 3 obtained in this way is fed to generating coils, 11, 11B through a distribution line panel 10 to excite them. A mutual induction electromotive force produced by the excitation is fed to a transformer 12, where the voltage is boosted. The output voltage of the transformer 12 is boosted further by a higher output transformer 13 and a high voltage output voltage is generated from its output terminal. The output voltage is formed into a frequency suitable for the use by a governer contact mechanism. |
