COIL LOADER FOR AUTOMATIC COIL ANNEALING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To load and unload coils having various diameters by providing a turn- over table having plural driving rolls and a hook mechanism capable of projecting and retreating from a gap between the tables. CONSTITUTION:A traveling frame 20 travels between a coil receiving means 16 and a coil delivering means 18 with the aid of a motor 28. A turn-over table 22 rocks between a horizontal position and an upright-standing position with the aid of a hydraulic cylinder 30 supported pivotally by a frame 20. A hook mechanism 26 consists of a slider moving on the table 22 and a hook 40 supported pivotally by the slider. The hook 40 is positioned in conformity with the outer diameter of a coil by setting the table 22 to the means 16. Then a coil is loaded by turning over the table 22 and projecting the hook 40 at the same time. By traveling the table 22 and operating the slider and the hook 40, the coil 50 is loaded on the means 18. In this way, the loading and unloading of the coil 50 is automated.
