PURPOSE:To facilitate the replacement of a belt by providing a support table on the rotary shaft of a driving shaft or a driven shaft and movably installing a pulley disk on said rotary shaft or said support table. CONSTITUTION:A support member 14 is fixed to the boss part 13c of a support table 13 and a pulley disk 15 having a center hole 15c is held between the plane part 13b of the support table 13 and the support member 14, movably along the plane part 13b. By releasing adjust bolts 18a, 16, the pulley disk 15 is moved to remove a belt 20 from the pulley disk 15. Thereby, the replacement of a belt can be easily carried out without need for moving a heavy object.
