PURPOSE:To carry out a detection of a movement of a signal with accuracy by providing a delay and a calculating means generating an inclination of a digital television signal, an adder/a subtracter constituting an integrating means for integrating a frame difference, and a means for dividing an output of the integrating means by an integrated value of an absolute value of an inclination. CONSTITUTION:A line difference DELTAL from a subtraction circuit 7 is fed to a conversion circuit 26, converted to an absolute value and inputted to one input of an adder 27 for an integration. A horizontal movement is obtained by dividing a frame difference DELTAF added or subtracted at a moving region by an integration value of an absolute value of a sampling difference DELTAE by a divider 14, and in an output terminal 19, this movement output v1 can be obtained. A vertical movement is obtained by dividing the frame difference DELTAF added or subtracted at the moving region by an integration value of an absolute value of the line difference DELTAL, and in an output terminal 29, this movement output can be obtained. |
