PURPOSE:To provide a very high resistance to osillation of external disturbance by preventing oscillation of the device with the most suitable frequency for cutting off the oscillation. CONSTITUTION:A spindle motor 2 and a traverse motor 7 are fixed on a support base for the optical recording regenerator. An oscillation preventive member 11 is disposed between the support base and an external casing. The frequency for cutting off the oscillation is about 20-80Hz, preferably 50Hz. A front control panel 13 is mounted on the support base.
