PURPOSE:To make a fuel cell operatable in a more lower pressure state than the atmosphere, by setting up a single exhaust blower on a combustion exhaust gas line of a combustor which feeds a modifying reactor with high temperature combustion gas heat as a vapor modifying heat source. CONSTITUTION:Carbon content fuel A and vapor B are led into a modifying reactor 1, and the obtained modified gas D is led into a fuel electrode 41 of a fuel cell 4, while air H is led into an oxidizer electrode 42, and power generation is carried out after reaction, whereby fuel gas E and air F to be exhausted are led into a combustor 2 which feeds the modifying reactor 1 with high temperature combustion gas heat as a heat source, then an exhaust blower 5, serving as a pressure device, is installed on a line 3 discharging the exhaust gas G out to the atmosphere, thus a fuel cell power generating system is formed up. Accordingly, the whole gas in the system is made flowable with a single blower 5 alone, while the cell 4 is operated in a more lower pressure state than the atmosphere and thus safety is securable. |
