PURPOSE:To reduce the time for developing process by using an aq. developing soln. compounded with cupferron. CONSTITUTION:The developing soln. consists of the cupferron compounded with an aq. developing soln. and is prepd. by compounding 0.01-5pt.wt. cupferron with 100pt.wt. the aq. developing soln. The temp. of the developing soln. by heating is 30-70 deg.C. The developing process can be thereby executed at a relatively high temp. and the time for washing out the unexposed part is reduced. The considerable reduction of the time for the developing process is thus made possible. |
