PURPOSE:To control the temperature to an optimum level in an economizer and prevent its excessive flow, by providing a low value selector circuit in a deaeration recovery control system and using the required value of an economizer recirculation flow as a limiting signal for a deaerator recovery flow. CONSTITUTION:A waste heat recovery type combined generating plant provides a low value selector circuit 43 in a deaeration recovery control system. The generating plant, selecting a low value between a control signal by in-deaerator pressure transmitter 34 and the required flow signal of an economizer recirculation flow from a proportional integrator 51, controls an economizer recirculation flow-deaerator recovery control valve 38. In this way, the generating plant, using the required value of the economizer recirculation flow as a limiting signal for a deaerator recovery flow, enables the recovery flow corresponding to the pressure in a deaerator to be prevented from increasing to the economizer recirculation flow or more. |
