PURPOSE:To cut easily a toner on a recording drum and to transfer it onto a recording paper by impressing a load except the direction going toward the center of the recording drum, to a transfer roller. CONSTITUTION:In a pressure welding point O, a load P against the center 14 of a recording drum 12 from a center shaft 13 of a transfer roller 11 is divided into a component force P' and a component force F of a reverse load. A reaction force R is generated against this component force P' and balanced with the component force P', and the component force F draws a recording paper 16 by a force of the reverse direction against its advance direction. In the recording drum 12 side, a load called N is generated by rotating the recording drum 12, but since the force F of the reverse load is applied to the transfer roller 11 side, only a force of N-F is applied. In this way, a shearing stress works on a toner layer 15 by a difference of a force of the force N-F applied to the rear side of the recording paper 16 and the force F applied to the surface of the recording paper 16, the toner layer 15 is parted, and the toner layer 15 is transferred easily to the surface of the recording paper 16. |
