PURPOSE:To mount or demount a workpiece on or from hangers on a support base easily within a short time, by disposing a carriage having a mechanism for rotating the rotary support base near the inlet of a tank. CONSTITUTION:A carriage 31 is placed opposite to the inlet 2 of a tank 1 with its cover 4 being opened, a rail 5 in the tank is coupled to a rail 34 on the carrier 31 and a rotary support base 6 is moved to the carrier 31 along rails 5 and 34 and a gear 12 provided on the front side surface of a support frame 7 of the support base 6 is brought into meshing engagement with a transmission gear 61 on the side of the carriage 31, and the rotating body 8 of the support base 6 is communicated with the rotation mechanism 52 on the carriage 31. Next, by turning an operation handle 54, the rotating body 8 of the support base 6 is rotated by a predetermined angle per each operation through a worm reduction gear 56 and a workpiece W such as plastic bumpers supported on a plurality of hangers 23 are mounted or demounted. |
