PURPOSE:To prevent the moving of diaphragm members at the time of applying a diaphragm, to suppress the faulty assembly and to stabilize the quality by applying the diaphragm in the condition where diaphragm members are supported by dumper having its outer periphery stuck to a frame and a coupling member having its outer peripheral edge abuted to a connecting piece. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic circuit 53 is assembled, to which a frame 1 is stuck. A coil bobbin 54a for winding a coupling member 54d, dumper 54c and voice coil 54b is coupled in one body with use of an appropriate jig, and a diaphragm member 54 is formed. After the positioning is executed with use of a gap gauge 61 so that the voice coil 54b of the member 54 can be disposed in a magnetic space and the outer peripheral edge of the coupling member 54d can abut to an upper surface of a flat part 11a of a connecting piece 1a, an outer periphery of the dumper 54c is stuck to the frame. After an adhesive dries out, the gap gauge 61 is pulled out. Then an outer periphery of an edge 52a of a flat diaphragm 52 and its lower part are adhered to the outer peripheral edge of the coupling member 54d. |
