PURPOSE:To prevent the moving of diaphragm members at the time of applying a diaphragm, to restraint the faulty assembly and to stabilize the quality by applying the diaphragm in the condition where diaphragm members are supported on a frame by legs of coupling members and dumpers. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic circuit 43 is assembled, and a frame 1 is securely fixed to said circuit 43. A coil bobbin 44a for winding a coupling member 44e, dumper 44c and voice coil 44b is coupled in one body with use of an appropriate jig, and a diaphragm member 44 is formed. After the positioning is executed with use of gap gauge so that a voice coil 44b of the member 44 can be disposed in a magnetic space, an outer peripheral part of the dumper 44c and a leg tip part 442e of the coupling member 44e can be stuck to the frame. After an adhesive dries out, the gap gauge 51 is pulled out, and the outer periphery of an outer peripheral edge 42a of a flat diaphragm 42 and the lower part of the diaphragm 42 are adhered to a sticking part 444e of a coupling member 42e. |
