PURPOSE:To simplify especially the assembly of an amplifier block, to shorten the assembly time and to reduce costs by punching plural printed circuit boards out of the copper foil pattern side and utilizing an original printed circuit board to which plural printed circuit boards are fixed in a band shape with the aid of the temporary locking. CONSTITUTION:Plural printed boards 9 are punched from the side of a copper foil pattern 9', and the frictional resistance of the punched part temporarily locks each printed circuit board 9. Nemely, respective parts 6-8 for comprising an amplifier block are inserted into plural printed circuit boards 9, and a lead terminal 8'' of an FET8 is bent and fixed. An original printed circuit board 9b mounted by plural amplifier blocks is placed on a fitting stand 13 having a recessed groove 13' on its center so that the copper foil pattern 9' can come to the top. Then, when the temporary locking of the printed circuit board 9 is released after soldering, the amplifier blocks are completed. Thus a jig, etc., for positioning are unnecessary, and plural amplifier blocks can be fixed and constituted on one band-like original printed circuit board in a group. Therefore the assembly is easy and the assembly time can be shortened. |
