PURPOSE:To improve unsharpened waveform of an output pulse without increasing power consumption by applying power to a collector of the 2nd transistor (TR) through the emitter/collector of the 3rd TR and applying power to the collector of the 1st TR through the emitter/base of the 3rd TR and further a load resistor. CONSTITUTION:Since the impedance is decreased to nearly 0OMEGA when a TRQ2 is turned on, the unsharpened leading waveform of an output voltage VOUT having a narrow pulse width is not generated substantially in charging a capacitor C0. Thus, a multivibrator generating surely a narrow pulse waveform is attained easily. Further, no current flows to a TRQ1 by turning off the TRQ2 when the TRQ1 is turned on at the period of points of time t12-t13 and the power consumption when the timer counts time is not increased. |
