PURPOSE:To assure uniform end distribution through processes for processing and forming a carcase ply and thereby improve uniformity and durability of a tire by integrally combining a cross portion of warp and weft yarns with use of a bonding agent. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing material 11 puts in order warp yarns 12 in parallel to each other while it arranges weft yarns 13 in parallel to each other on one side thereof without permitting the weft yarns to be woven with the warp yarns. A cross portion P between the weft and warp yarns is combined with use of a bonding agent H. For the bonding agent, a polyester monomer a polyester copolymer, and acryl ester copolymer, and an epoxy polymer are employed. The reinforcing agent is employed for a carcass belt layer bead filler and tufer, etc., of the tire. |
