PURPOSE:To prevent color staining and change of performance during long period storage by incorporating a compd. represented by a specified general formula in a constituent layer on a support to form a silver halide color photographic sensitive material. CONSTITUTION:The silver halide color photographic sensitive material is formed by laminating constituent layers on the support and incorporating in these constituent layers a compd. represented by the formula in which one of X<1> and X<2> is H and the other is OH, and R is optionally substd. acyl, sulfonyl, alkoxycarbonyl, aryloxycarbonyl, carbamoyl, sulfamoyl, sulfoxide, acylamino, carbamoylamino, alkoxycarbonylamino, or aryloxycarbonylamino, and the total number of C is >=10. |
