This device is constituted by a flexible profile 1 including a plane face 2 capable of being fixed to a bearing surface 4, without nails, screws, staples, etc., by virtue of a self-adhering adhesive, and flexible wings which join together in the region of a slot 6. Electrical wires 8 are inserted through this slot, which subsequently closes up in order to retain and protect the wires. The profile is made from a material which can be easily cut with the aid of scissors or other cutting instruments in order to form mitred joints and thus to follow the changes in direction of the path of the electrical line. <IMAGE>
