The subject of the invention relates to the technical field of frame elements for bicycles and similar vehicles. The bracket is noteworthy in that it is arranged so as to receive at least one attached fastening part 2, the said part being assembled to the bracket 1 with the possibility of adjusting their relative angular position, the bracket and the attached part having for this purpose a bearing face 1h-2d, so as to press them largely against one another; beyond this bearing face, the attached part has a groove 2b in the shape of a circular arc which is intended to be fitted around and on either side of the corresponding circular arc-shaped edge 1g which the bracket has, the assembly of the attached part having a shaping so as to be made integral with the end of the tube of the frame, and forming a crevice 2a with unequal sides ensuring firm, safe and robust interlocking between the two parts whilst allowing for angular adjustment; one or more means ensure fastening after assembly of the parts.
