PURPOSE:To increase the degree of freedom of the installing position of an image forming device and carry out a favorable operation even when the installing position is changed by providing a course switchover means for selectively introducing a recording paper to a plurality of discharging portions and operating portions which can be installed in a plurality of places. CONSTITUTION:A first conveying passage 36 for directly conveying a transferred recording paper into a discharge tray 35 without changing its pose is provided on the lower course side of a pair of fixing rollers 34 in the conveying direction of the transferred recording paper. A second conveying passage 37 for inverting the transferred recording paper and conveying same toward a pressure board 22 is also provided on the lower course side of the pair of rollers 34. A switchover claw 38 is operated by switchingly operating a switchover knob manually or by a driving means of a solenoid, etc., and, at the time of being switched over to the solid line position, the transferred recording paper is discharged straight into the tray 35 via the conveying course 36. At the time of switching over to the broken line position, the transferred recording paper is inverted through the conveying course 37 and discharged onto a discharge tray 39 provided on the upper portion of the pressure board 22. In this case, an operator can carry out an operation standing on the front side facing a copying machine or on the right side thereof. |
