PURPOSE:To enable to simply compose an optional logic circuit without using special wirings such as tunnel etc., by a method wherein an I<2>L circuit, having base regions crossing between two injections under supplying wirings of the injector current, is provided CONSTITUTION:The I<2>L circuit I9, providing base regions 3 in an island type region 2 on a semiconductor base plate 1, and having jointly one of injectors J1, J2..., and providing base regions 4 formed across between the I<2>L circuits I1, I2... which were symmetrically positioned both sides and injectors J1, J2, and being supplied the injector current from two of injectors J1, J2, is provided. Injectors J1, J2 are set to have the electric current supplying capability at least for 2.5 circuits, and are made to supply the same volume of injector current to each of base regions 4 of the circuit I9, and maintain the alignment with other I<2>L semiconductor circuits. An optional logic circuit is composed by connecting a base electrode 6 and collector electrodes 7, 8, 9 with each electrode of the other I<2>L circuits. |
