<p>PURPOSE:To elongate the life time of a jig and to wash said jig with good efficiency, by so arranging so to jet out washing liquid at high pressure against said jig which is being transported and then to send dry air to the surface of said jig thereby to dry and remove said washing liquid. CONSTITUTION:A laminated jig 2 mounted on a conveyor 1 advances to within a washing chamber 12, where it receives washing liquid jetted out at a high pressure from a tip of a nozzle 3 of a water jet 5, so that such stain as resin etc., adhered to the surface of the jig is removed. Further, the jig is moved to the side of a fan 4, receiving dry air blown out of the fan 4 to remove the washing liquid on the surface thereof. Then, the jig is sent outside the washing chamber 12. Accordingly, the jig 2 can be washed without wearing the surface thereof, thus elongating the service time thereof. Moreover, not only the jig having a flat surface, but such a jig that is provided with a protruding part, e.g., a handle can be washed with good efficiency according to this method.</p> |
