PURPOSE:To perform drying efficiently by drying efficiently from one end of pipeline then sequentially blocking the section completed of drying through valves. CONSTITUTION:Upon feeding of low humidity nitrogen gas heated through a heater 3 from a transporter 2 into a pipeline 1, the gas will absorb the moisture in the pipe to exhibit drying effect and flow through a valve 9 while lowering the temperature gradually. Upon completion of drying in the section between the valves 8 and 9, the valve 9 is closed. Then the transporter 2 is moved to the position of the valve 9 and coupled to a branch 5 near to the valve 9. Upon feeding of low humidity nitrogen gas heated similarly through the heater 3 into the pipeline 3, effective drying can be executed. |
