PURPOSE:To improve the durability by positioning a rotation transmitting member through a spacer and a fixing tool thereby facilitating fixing and positioning of rotation transmitting member and a sleeve while preventing rattling in axial direction. CONSTITUTION:A sleeve 61 is fitted rotatably over the outercircumference of first output shaft 3 for driving one of the front or rear wheel. Said sleeve 61 will transmit the power for driving the other of the front or rear wheel through a rotation transmitting member 62 to second output shaft. Said member 62 is spline fitted in the sleeve 61. The inner race 611A of a bearing 611 for holding the sleeve 61 is positioned by the stopping section 614. A positioning spacer 622 is provided between the inner race 611A and the rotation transmitting member 62. The opposite side from the spacer 622 is positioned and fixed through a fixing tool 623.
