PURPOSE:To prevent an accident caused by collision of a working head against an object to be worked and others by providing a contact detecting sensor on the working head. CONSTITUTION:A contact detecting sensor 11 formed in a ring shape is provided on the periphery of the tip of a working head nozzle. When this contact detecting sensor 11 contacts a working table 7, a switch 17 becomes an on-state, and a relay 16 is operated. When the relay 16 is operated, an alarm for knowing beforehand the generation of a contact accident, for instance, turning-on of a pilot lamp or sounding of a buzzer, etc. are executed. Also, a command of a numerical control device for stopping a working job and also controlling a laser working machine is switched automatically to a command for inverting it by 180 deg. on the surface horizontal to the movement command direction of immediately before the contact accident is generated, and moving it by a prescribed quantity. In this way, an advance of further contact of the contact detecting sensor 11 and the working table 7 is prevented, and the generation of a damage accident, etc. caused by collision is prevented. |
