PURPOSE:To prevent delamination and deformation, etc. by applying a preliminary treatment to remove gas and moisture, etc., providing a vent hole to a fiber board, repeating compression and reduction at a specified cycle in a vulcanizing operation also for degassing. CONSTITUTION:The rate of moisture content is specified at 8-20% to undergo a preliminary treatment of a fiber board 2 before a vulcanizing operation. This preliminary treatment removes the moisture content sucked in the fiber board 2 and the gas exhausted by heating from the fiber board. After the preliminary treatment is completed, the fiber board 2 is taken out of the press and the degassing projection 3 is provided for this fiber board 2. Then, two fiber boards 2 that have been treated in this manner are laminated on each other, the spacer 4 formed in the shape of a square tube is set to this degassing projection 3 and then the fiber boards are vulcanized. Almost all of the moisture and gas, etc. can be removed by reducing pressure from 150kg/cm<2>-10kg/cm<2> and repeating compression and evacuation between 10kg/cm<2> and 0.5kg/cm<2>. |
