摘要 |
PURPOSE:To prevent any noise from being produced by forming a bearing part among constituent members of a brake force transmission mechanism with a ferrite composite material layer which is yielded by mixing ferrite powder chiefly comprising magnetite in resin and solidifying the resultant mixture. CONSTITUTION:In a brake device having a damper 5 and a wheel 6, a ferrite composite material layer 10 is integrally provided around a shaft hole 9 in a brake lever 4 constituting at least one of a bearing part of a pivot shaft P. In addition, said ferrite composite material layer 10 may be burried in bearing metal 11 of the bearing part of the brake lever 14. The ferrite composite material layer 10 is formed by mixing ferrite powder chiefly comprising magnetite in resin and solidifying the resultant mixture. Therefore, vibration sounds produced in braking can be effectively prevented from being transmitted. |
