PURPOSE:To prevent impact vibration from being produced by installing an internal combustion engine on an engine base via main vibration insulation rubber hydraulically operated on the engine base and operating the sub-vibration insulation rubber when vibration displacement of the internal combustion engine becomes greater than a set value. CONSTITUTION:An internal combustion engine 1 is installed on an engine base 5 via a vibration insulation device composed of main vibration insulation rubber 12 and sub-insulation rubber 16. The main vibration insulation rubber usually connects the engine base with the engine, while the sub-vibration insulation rubber 16 holds a fixed part 18 of the engine with the rubber thereof by making use of hydraulc actuators 9, 11 when the displacement of the vibration exceeds a set value. The displacement of the vibration is detected by displacement detectors 7a, 7b provided in the internal combustion engine 1 for operating the actuators 9, 11. |
