PURPOSE:To prevent servo control from being influenced by characteristics of an object to be controlled, by a method wherein the state of the object to be controlled is detected, and from the state amount, an inverse function compensating element is constituted. CONSTITUTION:A displacement meter 9, a speedometer 11, and an acceleration meter 12 are mounted to an object 1 to be controlled, and detecting values from the displacement meter 9, the speedometer 11, and the acceleration meter 12 are increased by c-times, b-times, and a-times, respectively, for addition. This obtains the complete inverse function of the transmission function of a machine 8 to feedback-control it as an inverse function compensating element, and this enables realization of servo control which is completely prevented from being influenced by characteristics of the object to be controlled. |
