PURPOSE:To prevent sticking from occurring and enhance productivity, by providing a heat-fusible ink layer on the lower side of a base film and providing a feed-improving layer comprising a UV-curing type resin on the upper side of the base film. CONSTITUTION:The feed-improving layer comprising a UV-curing type resin is provided on the back side of the film. In view of strength of a coated film and adhesion of the coated film to the base film, the UV-curing type resin is a polyester acrylate, polyurethane acrylate, epoxy acrylate or the like. Particularly, where the base film is formed of PET, a polyester acrylate is preferable in view of adhesion to the base film. To control the density of the resin at the time of applying the resin to the base film, bifunctional and trifunctional acrylate monomers may be mixed into the resin, whereby crosslinking density is enhanced, and properties of the coated film after curing are enhanced. Further, to make effective the radical formation under UV rays, a photosensitizer may be added. Accordingly, the sticking phenomenon is prevented from occurring, and high productivity is obtained. |
