PURPOSE:To prevent a decrease in the calorific value and temp. of a blast furnace gas and to use economically the gas as the combustion gas of a hot stove by passing the top gas from the blast furnace through a gravity dust collector, and then purifying only a part of the gas which is branched by a dry gas purification method. CONSTITUTION:A top gas 6 discharged from the top of a blast furnace 1 is passed through a gravity dust collector 2 to remove dust having comparatively large particle diameters. Then the most of the gas from the collector 2 is passed through a flow regulating valve 2b, and the contained dust is removed by a wet gas purifier 3. The purified gas is used as the general factory fuel 10. A part of the blase furnace gas 6, after passing through the dust collector 2, is branched by a flow regulating valve 2a as the combustion gas 7 for a hot stove, and the contained dust is removed by a dry gas purifier 11. The purified gas is then supplied along with combustion air 8 into the hot stove 4, and burned. Consequently, a decrease in the calorific value and temp. of the top gas 6 due to the mixing of the moisture is prevented, and the dry gas purifier 11 can be economically miniaturized. |
