PURPOSE:To prepare efficiently and stably granular substance high in bulk density and uniform in granular diameter by a method wherein a stirring tank having two stages or more stirring wings is used as a granulation tank and polycarbonate methylene chloride solution is supplied in the water between the lower end of the stirring wing located at the upper stage and the upper end of the stirring wing located at the lower stage. CONSTITUTION:In a granulation tank 1, at least a portion of polymer granular substance-contained aqueous slurry extracted from the duct 6 is crushed with a wet crusher 7 and circulated through the circulating aqueous slurry duct 8. Supply water and methylene chloride solution of polycarbonate resin are supplied continuously respectively through the supply water duct 4 and the polymer solution inducing duct 3. The polymeric solution inducing duct 3 is located outside of the wing ends of the granulation tank and in the intermediate part of two staged wings. In the granulation tank 1, the circulated wet crushed matter and the solid polycarbonate resin produced from methylene chloride solution of supplied polycarbonate resin are combined into granular substance, which is extracted as aqueous slurry continuously from the duct 6. |
