<p>PURPOSE:To make efficient the work for diagnostic report making by providing an on-like information input section from a medical equipment, providing a diagnostic report processor including word processing function, and combining a software section able to infer with data from these basing on an information base for description of reports. CONSTITUTION:When an observation, an interpretation and a diagnosis are wrote in a report, a short description of the observation, the interpretation and the diagnosis corresponding to a test method is selected, and at that time a report processor 16 sends the test code and the obtained results to an inference section 26 assisting the report making. Basing on these data, the said section 26 infers suitable opinions refering to an information base 28, and sends the result to the report processor 16. As the result, physicians are able to obtain a list of suitable opinions to be added to the report by the report processor 16 after confirming the meaning of the short description on a CRT 20 through a short description data base 24.</p> |
