<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an accident from happening due to insertion of a foreign matter by opening an opening and closing door in interlocking with a cassette inserting operation only at the time of loading a tape cassette with a lock claws and keeping the opening and closing door unopened at the time of inserting a substance other than the tape cassette. CONSTITUTION:When the tape cassette 1 is inserted, it is brought into contact with tip parts 21 of right and left lock claws, so as to turn the tip parts 21 and moreover to turn also tip parts 22, and consequently the opening and closing door 7 which has been locked up by the tip parts 22 with a lock groove 23 is released from the locking state, and then the cassette 1 is pushed into a prescribed position in a cassette holder 5. Then, when the cassette 1 is taken out after recording and reproducing, the cassette 1 is returned together with the holder 5 to come into contact with the claws 8, so that the claws 8 are pressed down, and simultaneously the door 7 is sprung up to eject the cassette from a main body 2. Now, in case of the insertion of the foreign matter other than the cassette 1, the door 7 is not opened because the door 7 is obstructed by the claws 8.</p> |
