PURPOSE:To rotate a working head around a laser light focusing point by connecting the first and the second sprockets and the third and the fourth sprockets so that the relative rotational angle position is not varied, by a timing belt. CONSTITUTION:The first sprocket 31 fixed to the first arm 11, and the second sprocket 32 fixed to the third arm 18 are connected so that the relative rotational angle position is not varied, by a timing belt 33. Accordingly, even if the second arm 12 is turned by a servo-motor 27, the sprocket 32 does not rotate for the first arm 11. Therefore, the third arm 18 is always held at a prescribed angle to the arm 11. In the same way, the third sprocket 35 and the fourth sprocket 36 are connected so that the relative rotational angle position is not varied, by a timing belt 37, therefore, a working head 22 is always held in parallel to the arm 12. Accordingly, the head 22 rotates around a laser light focusing point O, and the responsiveness and accuracy are improved. |
