PURPOSE:To measure radial rays or the like of a desired section of a body to be measured by supporting oscillatably an instrument main body provided with a collimator and a detector by an oscillating mechanism part and connecting this oscillating mechanism part to a driving part. CONSTITUTION:The instrument main body 11 is provided with the two-stepped type collimators 14a, 14b in the inside covered by a radial rays screen 12 and a magnetic screen 13 and further, so constituted to support a radial ray detector 16 by an electric insulator 15. Then, this instrument main body 11 is supported oscillatably on a fixed base 18 provided to a vacuum flange 17 by a hinge 19 for oscillating as the oscillating mechanism part. The driving part of this oscillating mechanism part is constituted of a rotary machine 21 and a straight line introducing machine 22, etc., which converts a rotational motion of this rotary machine 21 into a linear motion. The radial rays or the like of the desired section of the body to be measured can be measured by oscillating the instrument main body by the above constitution.
