PURPOSE:To reduce the load on an operator in charge of control by inputting respective planned values of a car room rotor, and its gap through a CAD (computer aided design) system, and reading the various planned values out of a drawing automatically. CONSTITUTION:The size of the rotor obtained by rotor size measurement 11 is stored in a rotor size file 14 by the processing function of a rotor size measurement/input system A. Then, the size of the car room obtained by room size measurement 21 is stored in a room size file 2 by the processing function of a room size measurement/input system B. A size control system C inputs measured values of the rotor size and room size from the systems A and B and planned values of gaps of the rotor and car room from the CAD system D respectively and stores them in a size control file 31, and then a measured value of the gap between the both is obtained from the difference in measured value between the rotor size and car room size and stored in the file 31. The system C, on the other hand, compares this measured value with the planned value of the gap which is inputted from the system D and records and outputs the measured value in identifiable form unless the difference is within a permissible range. |
