PURPOSE:To prevent the vibration of a spring and reduce the noise of a rotary compresssor by engaging each one edge of two elastic wire springs onto the rear edge of a vane and inserting and fixing the other edge of the spring into the hole on an engaging pin fixed onto the hole on a cylinder by a washer. CONSTITUTION:Each one edge of two elastic wire springs 13 for providing the contact force with a cylinder onto a vane is engaged, in bent form into staircase form in the direction of the sliding movement of a vane, at the rear edge of the vane for partitioning the high and low pressure chambers inside a rotary compressor. While, the other edge of the spring 13 is inserted and engaged into an engine groove 12 formed onto the projection part of the partitioning plate, in bent form in staircase form in the direction of the sliding movement of a partitioning plate. Therefore, the both edges of the spring 13 are fixed, and the vibration is prevented, and the noise of the rotary compressor can be reduced. |
