PURPOSE:To control the amount of vaporization correctly and stabilized it by a method wherein liquid vaporized by a heating body at the upper portion of the sucking body of the liquid is transported through an air path and the detecting unit of liquid temperature as well as the controlling unit of amount of conducted electric current of heating body are provided to decrease the amount of passing current in accordance with the increase of the liquid temperature. CONSTITUTION:A sucking body 6 covers the circumference of a heating body 5 and contacts with it while the lower part of it is dipped into oil. One end of an evaporater 1 communicates with a fan 7 and introduces air for transporting vaporizing gas, then, mixture, discharged from the other end of the evaporater, is burnt in a combustion unit 8. Almost all of the heat generated in the heating body 5 becomes sensible heat and latent heat vaporizing the oil of the sucking body 6. On the other hand, the temperature of the oil is detected by the detecting unit 9 while the amount of conducted electric current of the heating body 5 is controlled by a micro-computer 11 and a two-way thyristor 10 based on above detection. The amount of conducted electric current of the heating body 5 is increased in case the temperature of the oil is low and reduced in case the temperature of the oil is high. According to this method, the required amount of vaporization may be obtained even if the temperature of the oil is changed. |
