PURPOSE:To stick a toner close to a photosensitive body uniformly and surely by blowing air from an air pressure nozzle to each part in the axial direction of the photosensitive body while straightening air. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic toners 26 different in hue are stored in toner boxes 10-12. Toners 26 dropped from a nozzle 27 of toner boxes 10-12 are attracted to an electrostatically charged layer of a photosensitive drum (photosensitive body) 5, and the current of air is straightened and blown in the direction orthogonal to the axis of the photosensitive body 5 by an air pressure supply nozzle 13 to allow the air pressure to acts effectively as a toner retaining force. In the nozzle 13, plural bank parts 44 and 45 which divide a transversely long blow- off aperture 42 in the direction of the axis of the photosensitive body 5 into plural parts 43 are formed on inside faces of two plates 40 and 41. Each bank part 45 collects two parts 43 adjacent to each other into one block unit to form a connection part 46. Thus, the current of air is straightened and blown to every part 43 along the axial direction of the photosensitive body 5 by one nozzle 13, and toners 26 are stuck close to the photosensitive body 5 uniformly and surely and the production is made easy. |
