PURPOSE:To manufacture the poles of a shape as designed in a short time by electron-beam welding the pole to a nonmagnetic unit to be buried between the poles, suppressing the welding line finely to finish the pole in the shape as designed. CONSTITUTION:A pole 1 has a shaft 12, is formed in section of substantially sector shape having a pole 13 of the prescribed radius with respect to an axis A and formed in a large section at the side of the shaft 12 along the oblique axis B crossing at the prescribed angle with the axis A to reduce toward the end. Two poles 1 are mounted on the axis A to oppose each other, the first nonmagnetic unit 2a to be buried at the center of the space of both poles is formed, and the portions contacted with both poles to be buried is bonded by an electron beam welded portion 17 between the poles. Then, the second nonmagnetic units 2b to be buried in the space between the remaining poles is formed, buried between the poles, the portion contacted with the pole 1 is bonded to be electron beam welded portion 17 to form dipole rotor of the prescribed shape. |
