PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts items as well as to aim at simplification in structure and improvements in assembling operatability, by locking a refrigerant injection pipe to a clamping metal device of a gas-liquid separator deposited to a part of the circumference of a hermetically sealed vessel by means of welding, while unitizing the gas-liquid separator together with a clamping metal device of this injection pipe as one body. CONSTITUTION:A clamping metal device 21 consists of a contact part 21a with a gas-liquid separator 15, a clamping part 21b installed in one side of this contact part 21a, a contact part 21c clamping the gas-liquid separator 15 to the other side tip of the contact part 21a and a contact part 21a clamping a refrigerant injection pipe 16. And, this refrigerant injection pipe 16 is pressed into a concave part of a contact part 21d till it is firmly clamped therein and positioned right, while the refrigerant injection pipe 16 and the clamping metal device 21 both are locked by a locking device. With this constitution, both clamping metal devices for the gas- liquid separator 15 and the refrigerant injection pipe 16 are unnecessary to weld them separately to a part of a hermetrically sealed vessel 13, thus unitizing these clamping metal devices as one body, so that deformation in the vessel 13 is reduced, besides simplification in structure, and furthermore the number of parts item also is reduced, and that assembling operatability is improved as well. |
