<p>PURPOSE:To make improvements in turbine efficiency as improving manufacturability, by installed a tubular dividing body, which divides runner vanes inside and the outside, in the point midway in each runner vane, while setting the number of runner vanes outside to the same number of the inside or more. CONSTITUTION:A tubular dividing body 17 is installed in the point midway in each runner vane 16, while runner vanes 16 are divided into two parts, in the inner side and the outer side. That is to say, a runner vane 16a in the inner side is held between a runner crown 7 and the dividing body 17, while a runner vane 16b is held between the dividing body 17 and a runner band 8. At this time, the dividing body 17 is formed in sectional form having smooth curvature as going along a streamline shown in broken lines, and its edge parts at both ends are finished up in a streamline form so as to make running water resistance reducible.
