PURPOSE:To make a composite photosensitive body stable to environment and to improve the electric characteristics thereof by providing a mixed layer consisting of a polyamide resin and phenolic resin as an intermediate layer between the 1st photoconductive layer and 2nd photoconductive layer for two-color copying. CONSTITUTION:The 1st photoconductive layer 12, the intermediate layer 13 and the 2nd photoconductive layer 14 are laminated on a conductive substrate (Al, Cu, etc.) 11 to manufacture the composite photosensitive body 1. The layer 12 is formed by vapor deposition of an Se-Te alloy, etc. The layer 13 is formed by mixing the polyamide resin and phenolic resin and laminating the mixture on the photoconductive layer. The 2nd photoconductive layer 14 is formed by dissolving a disazo pigment and thiapyrylium pigment in a solvent such as methylene chloride and coating the soln. on the intermediate layer. Since the mixture composed of the polyamide resin and phenolic resin as the intermediate film is solvent-resistant, the solvent having good solubility is usable for the upper layer 14 and since the mixture can be made into the good coating soln., the adhesiveness is improved and the photosensitive characteristic of the composite photosensitive body is improved. |
