<p>Opposite a main chamber (4A) with respect to the axis (X-X) of the resultant of the forces generated during the relative movement of a connecting arm (13) and a cam (11), the foot (21) of the connecting rod (13) comprises an auxiliary chamber (9A) of smaller size. A source of oil under pressure supplies a central chamber (14) via a restriction (18), and the auxiliary chamber (9A).
